Ya’akov Peri is a former head of Israel’s internal security and counter-intelligence agency and a former member of the Israeli Parliament, the Knesset, where he served as Minister of Science, Technology and Space.

In 1994 he pursued further studies at Harvard University, earning a degree in Economics and Business Management.

He has held senior leadership roles in Israeli industry and finance, including Chief Executive Officer of Cellcom Israel, the country’s largest cellular operator, and Chairman of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, Israel’s third-largest bank and its leading mortgage lender.

Maj. Gen. (Res.) Meir Klifi-Amir served thirty-three years in the Israel Defense Forces, holding command positions in the Paratroopers Brigade and serving as Commander of the Givati Brigade.

Between 2001 and 2007 he held a range of senior commands, including Head of Division 91 on the Israel–Lebanon border, Head of the Joint Doctrine and Training Division of the General Staff, and Deputy Chief of the Ground Forces Command.

From 2007 to 2010 he served as Military Secretary to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, acting as special security adviser and participating in national security decision-making. He retired from service in 2010.

He founded a security consultancy in 2012, specialising in national security and strategic planning for governments and agencies, and in 2014 was appointed National Executive Director and CEO of Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Haifa and is a graduate of Israel’s National Security College.

Talia Zamir has more than ten years of managerial and operational experience, including as manager of the Golf Kids clothing chain of one hundred stores nationwide.

For the past three years she has served as Chief Operating Officer of SKY Global Ventures. Previously she was project manager for SKY’s real-estate activity, responsible for the professional team accompanying the projects - architects, engineers and consultants.

Earlier in her career she worked for El Al, Israel’s national airline, stationed for five years at Frankfurt Airport, Germany. She is a qualified lawyer.

Timothy Ringgold is a retired U.S. Army Colonel whose career spans the U.S. Army, academia, business and international relations. He commanded at brigade level, with responsibility for six battalions and 4,400 soldiers.

He served in senior roles at the Pentagon and the White House, including as Deputy to two Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

In business he has held executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of an international defense, security and energy company, with working experience in more than forty countries. In academia he chaired the Business Department at Rosemont College and led its Institute for Ethical Leadership and Social Responsibility.

He holds advanced degrees in Public Policy, Legislative Affairs, Economics and National Security Policy, and a B.S. in Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Awwad E. Awwad is an international trading and business-development executive with experience in physical energy commodities, cross-border transactions, strategic partnerships and international market expansion.

At SKY Global Ventures he leads the development of commercial opportunities across the Middle East, the Gulf region, Africa, Brazil and Latin America, working with producers, refineries, institutional buyers, government-related entities, financial institutions and logistics providers.

He has three years of focused experience in physical petroleum trading, covering commercial negotiation, transaction structuring, counterparty due diligence, risk assessment, trade-finance coordination and supplier and buyer relationship management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a Master’s degree in International Trade, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the IIBM Institute of Business Management.

Baruch Hakim is a lawyer and the founder of Baruch Hakim Law Offices. His practice covers commercial and civil law, with particular depth in real estate, corporate law and insolvency, including receivership, liquidation and corporate restructuring, as well as banking, trust and obligations law. In these proceedings he has served as special director, liquidator, receiver and trustee.

For approximately six years he served as an outside director of Aspen Group Ltd., a public company active in high-yield real estate in Israel and abroad. He serves as bankruptcy trustee in approximately three hundred proceedings and has represented individuals and companies before all Israeli courts in civil claims, arbitration and mediation.

He has represented Israeli corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in energy and real estate in Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Thailand and, at present, primarily in Spain, and has advised corporations through restructuring without formal proceedings. He is a member of the Corporations, Capital Market, and Receiverships and Liquidations Committees of the Israel Bar Association in the Tel Aviv District, and is certified to serve as defense counsel in military courts under the Military Justice Law 5715-1955.

Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1997, he holds an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.B. from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Bar-Talya Batzir has eight years of experience in the tourism and aviation industry, including four and a half years at El Al Airlines across the business sector and sales, and work at Tal Aviation representing five international airlines.

She has worked in branding design and operations, is studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the Open University, and has completed graphic design, UX/UI and web design training at John Bryce.
